Students will ensure that they turn left at least eighteen times, and right twenty. Students can take turns “collecting” while looking out for each other. Don’t neglect the gargantuan or the teeney-tiny. Make sure to explore what is underneath and what is behind; what came before and what might come. Please take care to notice when you exit the edges of the map. Make your own map so your steps can be retraced; these are your “footnotes.” This new map is very important so that you can be found again.
